With four 8-Gbps ports and 44 4-Gbps ports providing 96 Gbps of full-duplex bandwidth, the Cisco MDS 4/44-Port 8-Gbps Host-Optimized Fibre Channel Switching Module enables storage network consolidation with high-density, affordable connectivity.


With bandwidth adequate enough for most of today’s standard servers, this model also features Port Bandwidth Reservation, which facilitates switching bandwidth to be dedicated to designated ports.
