Dell Equallogic FS7610 NAS appliances deliver a highly scalable, unified storage platform designed for midrange deployment. Dell FS7610 appliances are integral components of the Dell Fluid Data architecture.

Not only can the Equallogic FS7610 scale in capacity, but it can also scale in performance, unlike many other unified storage solutions. The purpose-built NAS hardware platform of the Dell FS7610 eases installation with less required cabling, enhances performance with a PCIe backplane for inter-controller communications and improves dependability with fully redundant hot-swappable primary components.

Storage arrays supported: New or existing EqualLogic PS arrays with version 6.0 or later firmware
Expansion capability: Up to 509TB of usable capacity in a single namespace. Up to two FS7600/FS7610 systems in a single NAS cluster. An FS7600 and FS7610 cannot co-exist in the same cluster.
NAS appliance: Dual active controllers w/ cache mirroring and integrated backup power supply. Each controller contains 24GB memory.
Management: EqualLogic Group Manager GUI, CLI interface
Data protection: Snapshots, asynchronous file replication, NDMP backup
Total client connectivity ports: 8 x 1Gb Ethernet using FS7600 or 4 x 10Gb SFP+ Ethernet using FS7610
