The Dell Equallogic FS7500 Unified Storage Solution is optimized for midsize and smaller deployments. The Dell FS7500 allows you to expand storage dynamically, modifying block and file capacity without disrupting existing applications and storage systems.


The Equallogic FS7500 works with new and existing Equallogic PS arrays, and it’s dual active/active controller architecture delivers high availability along with impressive performance.

  • Expansion capability: Each 2-controller FS7500 system can support up to 8 EqualLogic PS series arrays with the ability to add another FS7500 system into the same namespace
  • Storage controllers: Dual controllers w/ 24GB of memory
  • Front-end NAS connectivity: Four 1Gb IP ports per controller for front-end CIFS/NFS connectivity
  • Backend storage array connectivity: Four 1Gb IP ports per controller for back-end iSCSI connectivity
  • Max system size: 509 TB
  • Max file size: 4 TB
  • Max files: ~64 billion
  • Number of directories: ~34 billion
