The McData Sphereon 3232 is an ideal choice for medium to large SAN applications requiring core-to-edge connectivity. This affordable fabric switch offers 32 ports and 120km of distance support.


Activate additional ports rapidly in 8-port increments without disruption. FICON Control Unit Port (CUP) technology can also be enabled, allowing FICON traffic to pass through the outer reaches of the SAN in-band.
