The McData Intrepid 6140 Director has been designed as a high performance building block for large SAN deployments, with hundreds or thousands of ports. With 140 ports per chassis, the Intrepid 6140 can also meet connectivity requirements of higher-port-count storage networks and mainframe FICON environments.


The high availability McData Intrepid 6140 Director ensures business continuance through 99.999% availability and delivers transfer rates up to 10 Gb/s.
