IBM 9406-250 Server

First made available on July 28, 2000, the 250-series started with two processors, the #2295 and #2296. These were withdrawn from the market July 02, 2002. Then, on July 28, 2002, the AS/400 became the iSeries Model 250. With this, IBM introduced processor numbers 0297 and 0298, which were withdrawn from the market on October 01, 2004.
